First go to the Google Play Store to search and download a free app called "Android Assistant". Run this app, and then go to the "App Backup and Restore" option under "Tools". After that, you can see all the apps on the old phone. Select the apps you want to transfer to the new phone, and then click "Backup".
Step2. Connect your LG device to computer and let the program detect it. Step 3. Tap "Super Toolkit" on the primary interface and then choose "Backup" on the next interface. Step 4. Tick off the wanted files listed in the pop-up window and hit the "Back Up" button to save the selected data to computer.
Pleasenote that to transfer data using Smart Switch: Both devices must have a minimum of 500MB free space in internal memory. If you are using a wired connection, your device must support a Transferring media files (MTP)' USB option to allow content to be transferred. MostAndroid apps should automatically query Google Play and check for any in-app purchases you've made, restoring them for you.
